Challenge

GPIT faced challenge in terms of sharpening soft skills for its employees across the board. Classroom training became a costly and time consuming solution with the challenge in maintaining standardized quality.

Solution

GPIT thought for on the job training for the employees and chose OLT. Courses were mapped to specific requirement and employees are enjoying flexibility in learning.
